- HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point)
A systematic approach to the identification, evaluation and control of food safety hazards based on a number of generally accepted principles.

- Hazard
A hazard is anything that can cause harm (e.g. dangerous chemicals, electricity, an exposed wire, or working at heights from ladders).

- Hierarchy of Command
The system whereby positions in an organisation are organised from the top (managing director) to the lowest rung of the hierarchy (operatives). Authority is centralised at the top with decisions extending downwards. The sum total of a person's productive knowledge, experience, and training. The acquisition of human capital is what makes a person more productive. One of the most notable methods of stocking up on human capital is through formal education--from grade school to advanced college degrees.
